All Data Matters events are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone regardless of gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, religion, national origin, operating system or text editor of choice. We do not tolerate harassment of event participants in any form.
If a participant, including but not limited to attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, staff, and volunteers, engages in harassing behavior, the event organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expelling the offender from the event with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the event staff immediately.
